California only. Tigerline road labels for your OSM (or any) base map. Loosely follows the same road zoom level strategy as OSM x,y,z tiles. 'mouseover' will show the road name, type, etc. This is a great trick for your municipality. It can be any label like water, sewer, other utility or whatever data you have.
